Mayor Bloomberg Kept in Georgia
In the lawsuit brought by Adventure Outdoors against the Mayor of New York for defamation, Georgia Federal District Court Judge Owen Forrester denied the Mayor's motion to dismiss or remove the case to Federal Court in New York. Ed Marger, attorney for Adventure Outdoors, said that the Court had been correct in its ruling. "The Mayor believes that he IS THE LAW, and he is not bound by it," said Marger.
