Nautilus Ordered to Georgia
In an action brought by Nautilus Insurance Company against Adventure Outdoors for Declaratory Decree in the Federal District Court in Brooklyn, NY, Judge Jack Weinstein ruled in favor of Adventure Outdoors in removing the case from New York to Georgia. Ed Marger, who argued the motion, once again said that the Judge had made the right decision and that Nautilus would be dealt with fairly in Georgia. The suit is to determine whether Nautilus has to pay the legal expenses for Adventure Outdoors. The Insurance Company denies that its policy covers Adventure Outdoors in the suit brought by the City of New York against Adventure Outdoors. Adventure Outdoors contends that the high premium it pays to Nautilus is exactly for the purpose of providing defense in a lawsuit of that type.
