Attorney D. Charles Fulcher
D. Charles Fulcher earned his undergraduate degree from North Georgia College and State University on the Georgia Military Scholarship. While at NGCSU, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the Georgia Army National Guard. He earned his J.D. degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina where he successfully completed the Advocacy Track curriculum and received the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award. Mr. Fulcher is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in all state courts including the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He primarily practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and OSHA Defense Litigation.
