Trials, Mediation, and Arbitration
We handle both criminal and civil cases in all Federal Courts and all state courts in Georgia, Florida, Indiana, and Louisiana. We have been trial counsel in some twenty other states, being admitted pro hac vice. We also represent clients in mediation and arbitration matters.
Criminal Law
We have a great deal of experience in representing clients in criminal matters and have acted as lead counsel in both Federal and State trials. Everything from Capital death penalty murder to shoplifting and driving under the influence cases are handled by our firm. We have the expertise to represent you, vigorously, in any matter involving your freedom or your rights under the Constitution.
Civil Law
We are prepared to handle negotiation, arbitration, or litigation in all civil matters in Federal or State Courts including disputes between individuals, corporations, and/or governmental entities. Our attorneys have experience in sexual harassment, divorce and custody, construction, breach of contract, and landowner disputes. We have represented clients in R.I.C.O., section 1983, and other Civil Rights actions. Personal injury and wrongful death actions are investigated and undertaken, generally, on a contingent fee basis. If you have a legal problem in the civil arena, we believe that we can help you solve it.
International and Governmental Law
In conjunction with Bob Barr, Counsel to the firm who served eight (8) years in the U.S. Congress, we have the expertise to represent our clients in matters involving International Law as well as foreign and domestic governmental law.
Business Law
General business law including establishing corporations, limited liability corporations, partnerships, contract negotiations, and employment matters. We also will help you draft and review contracts, employment agreements, personnel policies, and other business systems.
